NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  For Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials

As a condition of compliance with Education Code Section 60119, local governing boards are required to hold an annual public hearing and adopt a resolution stating whether each pupil in the district has, or will have within two months of the beginning of the school year in which any insufficiency may be found, sufficient textbooks or instructional materials in each subject consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board of Education.

Date of Public Hearing: September 23, 2025 Time: 5:30 pm The agenda for the special meeting at which the public hearing will take place will include information regarding how to participate in and observe this public hearing. The agenda will be posted at www.mupu.org and on campus 72 hours before the public hearing. At this meeting, Resolution #25-26-01 Regarding Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials for the 2025-26 school year will be considered for approval.
